| Grading builds a slope or a sloping area. This creates a route for the water to flow away from your property. |
| Lawns may have spots that are lower than their surroundings. Low areas in turf collect water and bumps or dips make maintaining your lawn difficult. Using a soil conditioner on those problem areas will till the ground a couple of inches down and smooth the surface filling up any low spots, leveling high spots and preparing the area for seeding/reseeding. |
